My Desire For You
My heart's desire for you, my children,
Is simply this,
That life for you would be without hardship,
Be of continual bliss.
Your hearts would never be broken.
No pain for you there would be.
You would find your love of a lifetime.
Divorce you would never see.
Money would not ever be an issue,
You would have all you need and more.
You would have all your heart's desire.
You would have riches galore.
You, your spouse, and children,
Will all be healthy as can be.
You do all that you can dream of,
Be all that you can be.
When opportunities come knocking,
You are quick to open the door.
Opening up worlds and wonders,
You've never seen before.
With nothing holding you back,
With friends always by your side.
May you never be alone.
May you always have someone to confide.
For you always to be happy,
Thankful, thoughtful, and kind.
Always showing respect to others.
Sharing what you have with others in a bind.
Never forgetting who you are,
Or what you have been taught.
Always having great faith.
Giving Christ your whole heart.
Letting Him guide you,
Each step of the way.
To live a life of integrity,
To go to Heaven someday.
Not neglecting your parents,
When they get feeble and old.
Thinking of them as priceless,
More priceless than gold.
If this seems like alot to ask,
That this could never be.
I say to hold your tongue,
Sit back and wait and see.
Even though, some things,
May be beyond your reach and difficult to acquire,
These are still my hopes an wishes,
My very heart's desire.
For it's all up to you.
My work is almost done.
By the choices that you make
You decide what you become.

If it were desire I feel, I would let it go.
Because it has gotten me nothing
But the heartbreak and the lone
This is the time to unleash it to be told

Be granted

Nor, the sound of your voice.
But I know you are out there.
I know you, like me, are waiting.

That far plus a million miles my love
