B'Nai Noach: ". . . a Jewish Talmudic designation for seven biblical laws given to Adam and to Noah before the revelation to Moses on Mt. Sinai and consequently binding on all mankind." ( Source: The New Encyclopedia Britannica: Micropodia, 15th edition, vol 8, p. 737).
This definition describes the premise of the Noachide Covenant which God made with all of humanity before the birth of Abraham. The Covenant remains in affect for Gentiles after God gave separate laws to the Children of Israel. The Noachide Covenant was based on the faith which ancients such as Adam, Abel, Enoch, Noah and Abraham practiced. Does compliance with the Covenant still fulfill the entrance requirements for getting into heaven?

The prophet, Elija was in despair. (I Kings 19). He complained to God that he was the only person throughout Israel who remained loyal to Him. All of Israel had broken their covenant with God and Elijah seemed to be passing a judgment on the nation as a whole. Elija's reaction is not recorded when God revealed that there were some 7,000 people that He counted as righteous. Elija's judgment was based on the behavior and actions of his fellowman while God looked into the hearts of His children and said "Yes. These too meet my requirements".
In Matthew 5 Jesus denies that He came to do away with the Law of Moses and the teachings of the prophets. He promises that those who are obedient to the Law and teach others to do the same will be great in the Kingdom of heaven. He promises that those who do the opposite will be least in the Kingdom of heaven. Here is an indication that Law-keepers and Law-breakers alike can expect a place in heaven. Their status of greatest or least among the Kingdom's population will be graded according to the stated guidelines.
Jesus further describes (in Matthew 25) the earthly conduct of those who will be invited to possess the Kingdom of heaven. His criteria indicates that successful entrants will be people who lived their lives by:
Giving food to the hungry and water to the thirsty.
Offering hospitality to strangers.
Clothing the naked.
Caring for the sick.
Visiting the imprisoned.
