I'm willing Lord I have done
all that I remember is needed
I've laid myself flat out on the floor
Let the tears fall, begged and pleaded
so why are you still far away from me
I have praised you with my words
I have turned and bent on my knees
I have promised you everything possible
sang to you in worship, even a time I screamed
so why are you still so far away from me
How much more attention coul you want
just tell me what to do i will do it
for a moment in your presence I would trade it all
The rest of my days, my hopes my dreams I would give
but you are still far away from me
So I stood after praying just that way last night
I gave him his freedom to be away
And just as I stood, there in the dark
He came, anmd I heard Him say
why are you still so far away from me

Far away is much to far for me,
when right here is where you belong.
Far away is much too far you see,
without you here it
