The number#1 priority for the new administration is to adhere to the constitution! This will be the key, in restoring faith back to our US government; at home, and around the world. We need to walk the walk; we already know how to talk the talk.

It's never a good time to point the fingers of blame, this is especially true now, when our country is in much need of correction, let the historians examine the records and establish a cause and effect relationships, today we must commit to correct action, that will foster domestic tranquility, and prudent justice, that benefits the people as a whole, over the more influential/affluent interests of paid lobbyists.

The evidence speaks for itself, deregulation, and paid lobbyists interests, on the behalf of the largest industries in this country, have produced greed driven disasters for almost three decades, mainly because they were handed unchecked power to make vital decisions with limited accountability to the general public.

In the early nineteen eighties, our government gave big business a boost, over the general well being of the, working American citizen, by letting big business walk away with the lion share of the profit dollars, leaving a gutted and underpaid commerce structure in its path, in no small part, due to deregulation.

The trucking industry was deregulated three decades ago, and the slaughter of the mom and pop employer was in full swing. Only the large volume competitor could weather the low rate war. This policy was also successful in cutting the amount of influence, union negotiations had on insuring a living wage, for its members. When these small companies were crushed, in the deregulated competition, many good paying jobs went with them. Deregulation favored big business, over the small business owner, and the common worker.

The airline industry deregulation, at the same time, has had a devastating effect on that industry. Greed, and bottom line business concerns, has compromised safety and expenditures on its own infrastructure. The importance of profit in capitalism is key, but if the costs concerns are detrimental to the workers, or the country, than fundamental questions must be asked, is it wise to hand the hen house over to the fox?

Which leads us to the latest failure in the deregulation trend, which was "lobbied" for by, the banking industry. Already with a cost over 700 billion dollars in desperation funds", this unregulated disaster could have been avoided, if they had to answer fundamental
