Lime chicken is another twist on the basic chicken meal. A tangy sauce provides the meal with a mouth watering zing. This recipe is easily adjusted to your family's taste.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 cup minced garlic 4 teaspoons soy sauce 1/4 lime juice 1/4 cup honey 1 cup pineapple juice Salt and pepper to taste
You start this meal by coating your chicken with your minced garlic, making sure of a nice even coat. Place chicken in a casserole dish and start cooking on 350 in the oven. Mix your remaining ingredients in a sauce pan over low heat until a nice gravy is formed. Remove your casserole dish from the oven and cover entire contents with your gravy. Place back in oven and cook at 350 for 60 minutes. Make sure to baste your chicken with your gravy every 10 minutes or so for a nice, juicy, delicious entree.
Your family or friends will show their appreciation for your hard work with repeated enthusiastic moans. You will be amazed at how simple this entree can be.
