When hunger strikes, the last thing you want to do is spend an hour whipping up an elaborate meal. Pots , pans, and spatulas are not exactly your idea of a good time when you're starving and grumpy, and the delivery guy might start judging you if he has to bring you one more greasy chow mien dish. So when your growling stomach demands food NOW, how do you indulge without overdoing it?
The easy answer to this dilemma: diet-friendly frozen goodies.
Frozen foods aren't the over processed, calorie-filled snacks of the past. Now there are chilled treats for breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert that pack nutrients, flavor, and convenience. With the following frozen foods, you can get a day's worth of meals, without spending days cooking.
Breakfast:
When you're rushing to work and there's no time to scramble the eggs, there's a way to get your breakfast in and still get to work on time. Try the following for your next grab-and-go breakfast:
Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Oat Waffles- Just a few minutes in the toaster, and you've got a cholesterol-fighting breakfast on-the-go.
DOLE Fresh Frozen Fruit Blueberries- Thaw some out for a fresh fruity addition to your waffles.
Lunch:
When the clock strikes 12 P.M. it's time to ditch the cubicle and grab some grub. Here's a good option for a tasty lunch, hold the grease:

Dessert:
You've earned it! Indulge in one of these yummy treats before you hit the hay:
