To start a business without taking a loan is the best policy what i feel is apt. Loans usually becomes a burden and headache in the later stages of a business if it is not going to work serenely. So. I prefer to do a business without going in for a loan and just utlise with the resources what I have at hand and start a hotel business.

Even though what I feel and according to the survey i will be still running short of finance to start this business up to the desired level but still I feel it is the apt way to start it and to sit with peace and satisfaction.

To approach for a loan facility and get it approved these days is a painstaking route and i just dont like to go and knock at the doors of the banks or any private establishments and keep standing for days and months and get it approved by the time my age is gone to do something fruitful in life.

I have my hard earned money which will not be like that of the United states Exchequer amount but still i will be very happy to start a small Hotel of my own with the limited resources and work hard day and night and bring it up through sheer hardwork and sweat.

I will be the happiest man to run it without any sorts of tension especially the repayment of loans and other formalities after going and getting ditched with a loan affair.

Be happy with the resources u have and slow and steady win the race . If u dont have any money at hand u can ask help from your friends or relatives to start a business too.

In other ways if you have some ancestral properties you can dispose them off and start a business too without going in for a loan. In some cases even ornaments of your spouse can be sold and can start a good business provided it should be invested carefully.

Even some other Assets if you have say like a vehicle. costly ornaments. properties etc can be sold for a reasonable rate and can be utilised to commence a business without going in for a loan facility.

Above all it is always better to be very careful when one starts a business. loans are a torture form my perspective. The more money one can gather from other sources the more effective it will be and then see to that the business is coming up to that point where one can expect a turn over within a year and stay stable and cool in life.

My opinion is not to go for a loan because loans usually becomes the deterioration of anything in life..
