One of my favorite dipping sauces is Honey Mustard. But no matter where I looked or what I tried, I could never find a store bought sauce that tasted the way I thought it should. So I decided to experiment and make my own. Now, it is a sauce I am famous for among friends and family. It is a sauce that can be used for fries, chicken wings, and even salads.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Honey (I prefer Orange Blossom Honey)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Teaspoons mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons ground parsley (If you can't find this, then buy parsley flakes and grind them yourself in a bowl with the back of a spoon)
In a mixing bowl, add mayonnaise and honey and combine thoroughly. Add sour cream, mustard and ground parsley. Mix until smooth and creamy.
If you want to keep a jar in your refrigerator for later use, buy a squeeze jar and make enough to fill jar. Create your own special label and attach to jar. Take to BBQ's and other events for a great condiment everyone will love.
