Fried chicken is a staple at most any picnic or family meal, an easy crowd pleaser for family gatherings or tailgate parties. The key to any fried chicken is in the breading. This recipe will leave people drooling and wanting more.

Ingredients

2 packages of chicken drumettes

2 teaspoons curry powder

1/ 2cup of butter (melted)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons of sesame seeds

2 eggs

2 cups of unseasoned bread crumbs

1 teaspoon onion powder

pepper to taste

In a mixing bowl, beat your 2 eggs with your soy sauce until your batter is even and cloudy. In a separate bowl, mix your spices and bread crumbs evenly. Dip your drumettes into your egg sauce and coat thoroughly. Move your chicken to your dry mixture bowl and coat each piece with your dry ingredients. Place the coated chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Drizzle melted butter over all pieces. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.

When your chicken comes out, the aroma will fill the room and draw people from throughout your home. By the end of your gathering, people will be asking for your recipe. It is totally up to you, if you want to share it.
