I stare at the life I'm holding
It's like a glimpse into the soul of all knowing.
Your eyes try to focus but there is so much light
Like beams of love rising, like connections in flight.

For you represent the whole, you are the core.
So you cough and you sputter
And I stare at my life
The promise, the soul, the chorus, the might.
