My fellow Americans, we must needs be responsible. I call for a constitutional Renaissance of the republican principles of self-government; which has nothing to do with the Republican party, just as democracy has nothing to do with the Democratic party.
We need to instill responsibility throughout the world. Being that so many of us seem so unable to manage the responsibilities of self-government at home, let us begin with Iraq.
I want responsible Americans to adopt an Iraqi person; which means three million Americans are to bring the Iraqi people into their homes, and communicate, deliberate, using sound principles of equity to guide the course of events leading to Mid East sustainable peace.
We are going to use the first and foremost precept of all religions: love. Love and the reminder enshrined in the preamble of the US Constitution will be our focus. The real politick of material disparity in the form of food, shelter, transportation, and communication will be guided by justice, tranquility, common defense(heart), and general welfare(equality).
Think about it people! Ask not what your country can do for you, but answer this call to do what you can to help your country and the world.
We must work with the Iraqi people to establish republicanism; which is the collective power of citizenship. Citizens of a republic, living according to ideals enshrined in the preamble of our constitution, guide the power of their government. If we look closely, we can see how the preamble makes clear the language of law, the utility of philosophies, religions, the arts and sciences, and how it provides business to follow the will of the people. Its keystone is liberty.
Our constitution requires "...no more than (1) representative for every 30000...". Therefore, 100 representatives must be elected. These representatives will nominate and elect two senators from each section of Iraq. Furthermore, a college of inhabitants, without campaigning, will be nominated and elected to serve as the go-between the governed and government; there number will be equal to the total number of people in congress.
Once the Iraqi people have agreed upon the foregoing principles you, my fellow Americans, will accompany the Iraqi people home, living with them, learning/relearning the principles of republican self-government.
Upon returning home to America, you will be most favored and capable of serving the needs of our own republican government.
Think about it; and act.
