Memoirs: Sensuality

My eyes opened to a bright morning. The clock showed seven, telling me I should be waking up. It wasn't that easy though. I had them closed again and stirred when I felt another warm figure beside me. I smiled to myself, thinking it was from a dream. A few minutes passed, my soul came back again, and I opened my eyes to someone familiar before me. Should this image confused me or had I done anything the previous night? Was he a dream at all or was my vision playing trick-or-treats on me? Just then, he snored. I smiled even wide.

No, it wasn't a dream at all.

My gaze lingered on his sleeping figure. He was so peaceful. I touched his nose and across his cheek, he slept like a baby. I had my head on his arm. I wondered if it had gone numb. I tried to remove it, but I chose not to move a muscle, except for leaning closer to him. His snore got louder and annoying. I furrowed my brows and practically shushed him. Of course, he couldn't hear me. I kissed him gently once, but he snored even louder. I rubbed his chest to soothe him in some way, but to no avail. Without second thought, I pressed my lips hard on his. He stopped but smiled with his eyes still closed. He wrapped his arm around me and pulled me closer to him. I have always loved this moment of being in his embrace. Funny, I thought, why is he here with me? I was about to ask him that question but familiar images flashed through my mind. Just then, he stirred and tapped me gently on my hip, saying, "Baby girl, wake up."

I slightly nodded and asked, "Did we" I giggled. "you know, last night?" I may not see his face, but I could picture his expression when he answered, "You don't remember?" I thought for a while before burying my face in his embrace. For some reason, I sank in my bashfulness. "How could you forget, my dear?" He questioned.

Only a few images slid through my mind. What was I doing the previous night?

...

He finished his work, and I was excited to see him. The day activities must have truly worn me out, because I couldn't control my yawning. I knew I was tired but never expected I had reached the limit. I barely opened my eyes. It was almost midnight. I had to stay awake even just for a while, at least to send him home, and I'd get to rest. I must've misjudged my ability. I gave in my strength and finally stepped my feet on slumberland. About twenty minutes or so, my eyes stared into reality. I felt someone caressing my hair, when I realized I've fallen asleep on his lap. He hushed and asked me to continue
