Noodle salad is a great side dish that goes with just about any meat. It can also serve as a great dish at a pot luck dinner or family gathering. It is really quick and easy to make and tastes delicious!
Ingredients
1 box or bag of noodles (your choice) I use egg noodles for something a little different that the traditional spiral noodles used in pasta salad.
2 tomatoes (diced)
1 cup olives (diced)
2 green peppers (diced) 1 onion (diced)
1 cup of cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons of vegetable seasoning (McCormick's)
2 cups of Italian salad dressing
In a large sauce pan boil your noodles according to the box or bad directions, strain and let set till cool while you prepare your other ingredients.
In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients mix well and refrigerate for an hour before severing.
If you make this dish ahead of time and let it it overnight in the refrigerator it will have ample time to absorb the salad dressing giving the salad an extra boost of flavor. Serves 6
