Secrets
When the day is over,
Night falls, And
Almost like clockwork
Darkness cloaks the land.
When the day is over,
I unask myself
And (just like the night
I fall into my Hades.
As the night draws on
I burn and yearn inside
For the one thing, person
That eludes my life.
For long I have tried
To shake the thoughts
But my head refuses
To let him die in me.
Night after day.
Day after night.
Tossing and turning
Faking the smiles,
Pretending to be ok
Acting freer, wilder,
Always holding my tongue,
Of the thoughts that plague me.
Knowing what I feel
Deep inside of me
Cannot be allowed to surface
Shall die in secret with me,
For that is the way of the world.
That is the way of you.
And your many secrets
Your confessions untold
And unfortunately,
It is the way of me.
The way I have been given
The example I follow from you.

Poetry: Love within
by Deeders
I lay beside you at night
Feeling your heartbeat
Never knowing a moment
That felt quite as sweet
I want to dive into your arms
And
Reach deep within and search your soul
for the one thing that makes life worth while
Let not your lifes trials and tribulations
I love the way the world looks
at the end of the day
when there's nothing left to do
but laugh ... and stay
when the sky grows
by Jon Coe
As innocent as a raindrop sitting on this morning leaf
As pure as a snowflake falling to the earth beneath
As fresh as the
Love begins within,
without love installed.
Love begins without,
within love enthralled.
Love exists without,
being ever reinstalled.
