Oyster stuffing is a great stuffing for the holiday turkey, the oysters add a nice touch of extra moisture and flavor to the holiday meal.

Ingredients

2 oysters (shell removed and oysters diced)

1 onion (diced) 2 celery sticks (diced)

1 stick margarine 6 cups bread crumbs

1/ 2 cup oyster liquid

1 tablespoon parsley (crushed)

1/ 2 tablespoon lemon (or lime) juice

1/ 2 teaspoon seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste.

In a large frying pan caramelize the onions, celery, parsley in butter for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well. Add the onions, celery and parsley and mix well and stuff your turkey or cook alone in the oven. Wrap the dressing in aluminum foil and bake for 45 -50 minutes at 350 degrees.
