St. Ives Apricot Scrub is THE way to beautiful skin, at any age!

People tell her she looks so young, and they are right, she does! That's music to her ears. What is this 50 year old woman's secret to having young, vibrant looking skin? It is very simple, she uses St. Ives Apricot Scrub daily; and has used it since she was in her early twenties.

After having her first baby at the age of 22 this young woman felt her skin change, it was no longer smooth and radiant. She had constant breakouts, oily skin and even some odd dry patches on her once perfect skin! What could she do?

Step 1) Cleanse. St Ives cleanser is a gentle but effective product to rid her skin of oils, makeup and dirt. She squeezed a small amount into her wet hands and rubbed gently over her wet face and neck area, to cleanse the skin. Then rinsed the areas with warm water.

Step 2) Exfoliate. Using St. Ives Apricot Scrub. After cleansing her face and neck she applied a small quantity of this almond scented cream to the palm of her hand. Using her finger tips she gently applied the Apricot Scrub. In small circular motions, and without applying too much pressure, she rubbed her entire face and neck area with the scrub. Around the cheek area, forehead, upper lip and chin area, making sure to get the nose, between the eyes and temple area thoroughly exfoliated too. She knew she had gotten her face exfoliated well when she felt a very slight tingling on her skin. She then rinsed her face and neck with warm water to remove the scrub.

Step 3) Clean pores. Next she applied a pore cleanser; a few pumps into her hand, working up a nice lather and applying it to her entire face and then rinsing with warm water. She has cleansed her skin.

Step 4) Moisturize. Using her middle and third finger she dabbed a small amount of moisturizer to her dry face and neck area. This fantastic moisturizer contains collagen and elastin, two very important proteins naturally found in young skin. Using the same circular motions she used to exfoliate her skin; using the Apricot Scrub, she applies the moisturizer to her face and neck, making sure to smooth over her lips and nose areas.

There you have them, her secrets to having that smooth, young and radiant skin "even at her age!" You can have it too!
