The difference between vegetarian and vegan

In todays highly toxic world, going vegetarian or vegan is the ultimate DIY version of weight loss and management. Some of the benefits include an immediate anti oxidizing effect, more energy, less fatigue, better mood. Some might argue that eating this way is unhealthy or there is no protein which simply is not true. Don't let anyone tell you any different! In reality most Americans don't eat properly to begin with. The typical American diet is: no breakfast or coffee, a "light lunch" or fast food(some still have not yet eaten at this point in the day) and then we come home. eat an enormous plate of meat and potatoes and drink beer. maybe I'm exaggerating a tad, but a lot of folks aren't eating fruit at all, little veggies besides french fries.

I bet you didn't know there is a difference between a vegan and a raw vegan. There are many different off shoots of vegetarianism such as those who use dairy but don't eat eggs or vice versa and don't you dare go call yourself a vegetarian if you still eat fish! Fish can feel too you know! All of these terms describe what is essentially the objection to what we've been taught to know as healthy eating. Before we get started, let's keep in mind that most who are educated in this way of living will tell you it is a very very good idea to go on a fast first before starting any of these diet changes. There are many different ways to fast. The best way is to drink lots of water and 100% fruit juice, fruit and veggies, bread, unsalted nuts and seeds and no cooked meals. Typically a fast would last anywhere from a few days to 21 at the most. Now, let us separate the differences.

A Vegetarian is typically one who simply does not eat meat. That is how most would describe a vegetarian leaving dairy, honey and eggs still open for consumption. However, there are those who may exclude eggs alone or vice versa. Being vegetarian is a quick and easy way to lose weight and extra body mass and still eat comfortably close to how you used to. Usually the idea is coming close to eating a more balanced diet and not supporting the mass slaughtering of animals for the sake of nourishment.

A Vegan would be someone who does not eat meat, eggs, dairy and in most cases honey too. Also it is usually common practice to start eliminating animal products all together from ones life. Furniture, clothing, home materials of all kinds have animal products in them. Many chemicals and preservatives often have animal products hidden in them. The first argument
