Yes or No? Are You Fed Up With Weight Loss Information Overload?

There are 1,457,540 so called geniuses out there that have written articles on exercise and weight loss (and I use that word genius very loosely) and most are as close to plagiarism as you can get without the use of a Xerox machine. That's not to say their intentions aren't good. The trouble is, we are inundated with weight loss programs, plans, devices, etc. in every conceivable media, hoping to intoxicate you into believing their way is the easier way! Each one with a slight twist from the next, hoping to separate you from your money. Within those million and a half articles we also have our champions of commerce looking to help you slip into a size 4 dress or a man's 34 Levis. Corn flake companies, Jenny Craig, Quaker Oats, and several renowned doctors, all placing their hat in the weight loss ring as opportunistic entrepreneurs with the sole intention of filling your cabinets and book shelves with their satisfying goodies! (Am I too cruel? No, just realistic. However, I do have a thing for Honey Nut Clusters). So where does that leave us? It leaves us with weeding through the bells and whistles and infomercials to discover the simple weight loss concept that works 100% of the time! Have your doubts? Read on!

Before we talk about this "diamond in the rough" program, let's clarify why so many weight loss articles can sound different, but are actually saying the same things. Picture a wagon wheel from an episode of Bonanza (for all you youngsters born after 1970, search the internet). Examine the center of the wheel and see how the spokes attach to and start from the hub. The hub is obviously the center where the wheel gets its strength. No hub, no spokes, no wheel! Weight loss articles are like the spokes. They all get their strength from the hub. In weight loss articles there is only one hub (which you will learn about soon) and all the spokes (articles) feed off the hub. (Kind of reminds me a ice cream soda with 10 straws)

Exercise and weight loss is based on a simple fundamental process that is scientifically proven both medically and physiologically to be the core program of every article, paper, exercise and diet program ever written. The expression' a Rose by any other name is still a Rose', is very apropos here. This fundamental study I will explain to you is the hub' that all other programs originate from. Make no mistake about it; all weight loss articles are in essence, a Rose by another
