Bathed in the delights of sunlight,
I used to complain of the heat.
I thought cold was nothing but sweet
As the day truly began at night...
I am no creature of the dark,
Do not like parties or dances
Sleeping when I get the chances
In the cool air coming from the park...
Sunny days were my doom
How I long for them now...
Summer is long gone and I wish
I'd remember the sunny days
As I walked under the sun rays,
Looking in a lake I'd see a fish...
Sunny days now long gone
Wish you could melt the greys...
