Roast Salmon with Dill and Lime

One of the easiest meals to prepare and enjoy is roasted salmon, with very few ingredients, and a fast cooking time, roasted salmon is perfect for the person on the go.

Ingredients:

2 - 5 ounce pieces of salmon with the skin on
2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped dill
1 tablespoon of lime juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, begin to prepare your salmon by liberally coating it with your extra virgin olive oil. Sprinkle your meal with your fine chopped dill and place on a cookie sheet (foil covered) and bake for 12 - 15 minutes. Removing your salmon from the oven, slice away the skin from your meal and sprinkle your lime juice over the top. Salt and pepper to your taste and dig in.

You will be enjoying this quick and easy feast in a shorter time than it takes to make a hamburger. It's good food and good for you. Serves 2
