You need money and you need it NOW! Quick grab your yellow pages and see what's available in your neighborhood. You can:

Sell stuff on ebay or Craig's List: If you don't think you have anything, go through your attic, garage and basement

Offer to sell your friends unwanted items on ebay for a split of the profit: You would be amazed how many people want to sell on-line but are too intimidated to do it

Sell old tools or tires to garages: We had an extra tire and rim for car we didn't have anymore and got $20 for it

Sell old books to used book stores: Half Price Books is always buying

Donate Plasma (Up to $30 a donation)You can go twice in 7 days

Consign old clothes and toys at consignment stores: Look for a busy store that can turn over your items quickly

Ask friends and family if they would like to hire you to do unwanted chores: Beware of ones that think they can hire you cheap

Sell your Scrap Metal, you can get alot out of copper

Sell your broken gold jewelry at brokengold.com, dig through your jewelry box for damaged pieces

Write online articles, lots of articles

Sell unwanted CDs, DVDs, and Video Games either online or to a used Media Store

Have a yard sale or set up at your local flea market

Offer your talents: Example: If you can bake, try and sell your baked goods

Downgrade your car by selling your car and buying a less expensive one. The difference goes in your pocket

You can downgrade antiques, houses, campers, boats, etc. Just remember not to sell anything you love

DON'T:

Buy lottery tickets

Sell anything you love or will regret later

Pawn anything if you won't be able to get it back

Do anything illegal

Get a part-time job that offers all or part of your paycheck in cash. Jobs with tips are great for immediate cash like waiting tables or delivering pizza.
