From the depth of my mind,
And without shame sing to me...
Bring back the cheers of your heart
In a song you used to whistle.
Sing to me the lives, entwined,
Of your brothers and sisters free,
That fate has taken apart
Like one would cut out a thistle.
Sing to me then the love, behind
Your strong heart and soul, pappy,

Sing to me then, so I can dream
We are walking in the garden
Where you found me as I got lost.
Sing to me so, that in my stream
Never your laugh will ever fade.
