Poetry: Ambivalent

by Sadeep Man Tulachan

Created on: November 17, 2008

Life crosses many roads

We are still unsure about it

That what's our journey

We perplex ourselves

In the middle of crossroads

Sometimes we find ourselves

On the top of the world

Sometimes we realize

That we are down on Earth

Like we have forgotten something

And begin to search

By our ambivalent mind

Yes! Ambivalent mind takes us

To the journey of uncertainty

Knocks your brain

Suffers a lot with unfulfilled desires

Quest, insomnia, suffocation

We lost something with these diseases

That we don't realize

That we are still unsure about it

What to do where to go

Where to start where to finish it

Behind it is a massive desire of ours

That we cannot avoid it

We don't try to replace it either

But forgot the real happiness

In the middle of absurd journey

The more we try to move

The more it takes us in

Like a quicksand

But, though not reach the top

At least reach the base

That what we are made up of

And we try to do best from our side

And continue our journey

Even with ambivalent
