As I read the news today.
I still can't believe that there is still
so much hate and all these wars fought in the
name of God and Peace.
And I sit here wondering when all this
injustice will finally end.
Years ago I heard a man sing, "All we
are saying, is give peace a chance."
And now, at the dawn of something new you
would think that we should have learned.
It makes me wonder why we have judge
a leader by his color.
How long do we have live this way?
I guess it's time to stop dreaming.

Prolonged

In our love
Have been left
Without any support

PROLONGED
Forever our minds and hearts have connected
Talking of love, uninterrupted penned inscriptions
Making love through
by Jessica Herd
I feel like you have stuck a knife in my foot...
And every day you just twist and twist it...
And the pain is excruciating...
