These three recipes are my favorite cake icings they are all quick and easy to make and will make any cake extra delicious.

Butter Cream Icing

Ingredients
1 pound confectionary sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoon milk
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. If needed, add more milk to the frosting in order to reach the desired consistency.

Peanut Butter Icing

Ingredients
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine all the ingredients and mix for 2 minutes with an electronic blender.

Carrot Cake Cream Cheese Icing

Ingredients
8 ounces softened cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup nuts (optional)

Combine the cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and add enough milk to reach the desired consistency. Mix the cream cheese icing well and chill.
