I hate the way you love me. You act like your so smart. My head says I should leave you but I can't seem to get the message in my heart.
I can still feel the tingling of your touch. It burns just like a fiery flame of ice. Hot, yet so cold. I can feel the remoteness creeping in now that you have locked away my still breathing soul.
There is a crack in the box where you have locked my soul away. I can see my light shining brightly but it fades just a little, everyday.
I hate the way you say that I should trust you and on you I can depend. I was hoping so much to believe that in you, I had found a friend. But, I'm not sure where the truth in you hides or your little white lies begin.
It's a mysterious cloak you wear as your disguise. How did I ever fall for such a man with his binding ties?
They hold me down by me own choices and they smother me with regret. I sit here all alone, as my family begins to fret.
Unable to listen to reason, I withdrawn into my shell. My friends think that you have put me under some kind of horrible spell.
I hate the way you try to take away the other people in my life. As if, you alone have the right.
Your jealousy consumes you and you behave just like a child. You take advantage of my forgiveness and that I'm meek and I am mild.
I hate the way you always hurt me, then you try to pass it off as love. Your arguments are so convincing. You wear your pride just like a glove.
I hate the way you love me and I hate the way I love you.
And for all those judgmental est out there I beg you think it through.
For the heart wants what the hearts wants and there's nothing you can do.

Poetry: I hate the way you love me
by Jon Coe
I stand alone, upon this baron land
thinking you gave me, a helping hand
You cut up my friends and dragged them away
although
I hate the way you love me
She sitting tears running down her face
He looking away into empty space
“ I hate you, and
Doom'd Love, Tortur'd Love
I hate the way you love me
In these brief and stolen moments.
These illicit nights we spend together
It took me a long time to understand
The meaning of love and hate
But now I think I understand
As I have found it in only
by Hanna Joseff
I hate the way you love me
How you say you are going to call and just leave me waiting
I hate it when you send me a thousand
