Decisions, Decisions
There comes a time in a man's life when he has to stare through the distant eyes of reality into an epiphany, and come to see-the truth.
That his opportunities ARE going through the roof,
But they'll steadily decline as long as he's reluctant, kicked back and reclined.
Waiting.
Gradually letting chance after chance dance away,
And letting Mr. Opportunity glance away to take interest in another brother.
Saying he's always the victim, someone's always against him, or out to get him; when he's actually an adversary to himself.
Thinking he has no help.
Put that book of pity & nonsense back on the shelf.
Talk to GOD;
PICK UP THE STONES OF PERSEVERANCE AND SLAY THOSE GIANTS OF ADVERSITY.
Thank GOD for his mercy, and don't be afraid to make a difference.
Look your fears right in the eyes, and be freed from slavery in that prison of pride.
Keep your eyes open, and open them wide.
Know well the people you keep by your side.
Be aware; take notice of the way they decide.
What point of view are they in?
Is the glass half empty-half full? Or are they just a falling leaf waiting on a gust of wind.
Stay positive and true to yourself so when you look through reality's eyes, the light will blissfully shine on you and your prize.
All the while, Pessimism in his disguise,
Eating crow, and wiping tears of defeat from his eyes
Is being rained on by your blessings that are falling from the skies.
So before one should choose-Man or just another one of the guys-first, converse with reality and that will help you decide.

-A Submissive Stance-
A broken mind in a darkened hole
sought life in a fresh batch
and there he found
his own lies
That
Footsteps crunch the ash ground,
The devil himself has been around,
The black nights covet this troubled earth,
All life extinguished

My life is full of woes
With bitter taste of dust
I collapsed from the hill of

to face the different challenges one may come across
Though we all stumble and fall
facing them
