Wounded, deep within her soul,
She escaped her childhood
By a window called love
Deprived of it since birth,
She would feel the pure joy,
The unconditional
Warmth settling in her heart.

Irradiates our smile,
Spreads like seeds in the wind.
Her love: my heritage.
