For me, it is nearly impossible to settle on one favorite Beatles song. For me to even to be able to settle on one favorite song is impossible.

But for me to even to be able to pick any favorites, it would have to depend on what is going on in my life or in the world right now. Or even a family activity or reunion of some kind.

When I think of the past I would have to say Yesterday. When Paul McCartney sings, why she had to go, he does not know why because they declined to say.

Then I to begin to wonder If was the one that had said something wrong, and then I begin to long for yesterday. The lyrics of the song also remind me of people that I have known who have moved on, or have even passed away.

During the spring and summer when the weather is beautiful and the sun is shinning for me, I would not be able to settle on Good Day Sunshine, or Here Comes The Sun.

Both of them are warm and lovely songs that remind me how what a wonderful world we could truly have if only world leaders would work together to make it better. The way God untended it to be, when he created it.

If a friend or family member is getting married I think of Come Together since they are forming a bound of marriage by joining hands and coming together as husband and wife.

When I hear All You Need Is Love on the radio I think of the war in Iraq. I do not only think of all of the Americans that have lost their lives in the war, but also of all of the Iraqi people who have lost their lives. I then pray for peace in the world.

Anther Beatles song that I would call my favorite, is when like Paul, When I find my self in times of trouble, I would have to say Let It Be.

Then I pray to the blessed virgin mother Mary to come to me and to help me to find an answer to my problems, by speaking her words of wisdom to me.

At night, when I decide to go to bed for the evening it would have be Goodnight. I then hope that every one does indeed dream sweet dreams not only for themselves and my self, but also for all of the world.

While My Guitar Gently Weeps still reminds me of George's sad passing. George, along with Paul have always been my favorite members of the group. George was indeed right when he said that All Things do in fact have to pass away.

When I send a birthday greeting or an e-mail to a friend I am sending them All My Loving.

On a clear night in the spring and summer and all of the stars are shining in the sky, I then think of Across The Universe. Now that I think of it I too, I would like to be out under the sea trying to find an octopus's garden that I could call all my very own.
