Save yourself some money here folks and do not throw them out. There is help for those cell phones which have fallen into the water, I know because I seen the man I am dating dry out a cell phone, which had fallen into water, specifically the toilet bowl.
That cell phone which has fallen into water in a clean toilet so the owner was able to remove it easily, but thought her cell phone and all those images were gone forever. Useless due to the water damage, but the quick thinking man I am dating had a wild idea. He believed he could dry out a cell phone that had fallen into water, and he was correct.
How did he dry out a cell phone, which had fallen into water and give his friend, back those precious images of her grand daughters, including a video of her youngest grand daughter's first tottering steps? had in their households at this very minute.

The friend went out and bought a replacement cell phone, as it was her only link to her family back home. The friend was elated that she could save the precious first steps video and other images of her grand daughters. I believe this method of removing water or moisture would work for lighters, which get wet, cell phones, or those calculators instead of tossing them out. Just remember how the man I am dating was able to dry out a cell phone, which had fallen into the water and try to save yours.
