How to find a job that doesn't make you miserable

Please update your resume. You don't want to keep getting applications and submitting your resume for jobs that you don't like. Here are five tips on how to help you find a job that doesn't make you miserable.

Get a job doing what you like to do

Give it a few minutes in your head to think about what you love to do. Can you make money at it? Are you clued to your cell phone? You could be a customer service person at a major company. It would be a job that you would probably enjoy. Think of your skills. Think of something that doesn't even seem like working.

Go to college if you have the desire

You don't have to get a degree at a college. Just simply take a few classes here and there. Most offer classes at night time or early in the morning for those who work. A few college classes along with a ton of certificates can get you a job in just about anything that you are a expert in. You just have to show it with the certificates and education unless you have experience in the industry already.

Have a job that makes you happy

If the job that you have doesn't make you happy then please quit it. A job that doesn't make you happy only damages you in the long run. It wears you out and tears you down in the end of it all when you finally quit you will notice a big relief off of your shoulders. Don't ever stay at a job that makes you very unhappy. It isn't worth it in the end and nothing should keep you unhappy despite what it is.

Get a new skill

If you have room in your schedule to learn a new skill then please take the chance to do so. There is always the chance that someday you may have to fall back on that skill to land you a job to make ends meet. It may come in handy one of these days.

Get fired if all else fails

It is possible to get a boss to eventually fire you if you hate your job so bad. Show up to work late. Take a hour and a half lunch break and tell your boss that your deserve it because afterall it is unpaid time off therefore you are entitled to it. If you feel stuck or if you feel that you have no other options then look around and realize that if you got fired tomorrow that you would have to find another job. Sometimes when we get fired it can be the best thing that has ever happened to someone. It opens doors to different options that we can decide what to do. How many people have gotten fired from a job then became a millionaire in the end? Many famous people today have gotten fired from at least job, but still managed to climb to the top of the world.
