Avalanche
You're like a bridge that spans the ocean
Like a high cliff wall scaled by few
I've walked forever to get to that place
Where your soul and my soul collide
Like a sunset view
All of my plans fall to pieces
Like an avalanche of dreams
I kept pretending those threads of hope
Were all that I'd need
But heavy is the heart when it bleeds
So I walk on to the mountain
I sail on through the sea
I may never be able to reach you but I will love you-endlessly
All that I wanted All that I feared
Is wrapped up inside me for a thousand years
I watch the world spinning from some other place
If I wasn't frozen in time I would cry a thousand tears
Nothing my hands could ever fashion
Could bring your love to me
And even if I survived the bitter damned cold
Who will be waiting for me?
So I walk on to the mountain
I sail on to the sea
I may never be able to reach you
But I will love you endlessly

Poetry: A lasting love
We are the sunbeams of the sun
We are two but we are one
We are one but we are three
We are you and we are me
We can fly and
To whom it may concern,
You mean the most to me.
I love you more than words can say,
and more than you can see.
I know we've
Let go, Move on
I've thought about all we could be
But everything's in the past why can't I see
I've got to learn to let you
by Norma Budden
I love you more than roses
Yet, I love them, oh, so much.
I love their sweet perfume-
The petals-soft to my touch.
I love you
