I read your message yesterday
Simple words, inconsequential
But somehow they ring through my head
More than anything I wish
I could tell you how I feel
You don't know, I think-
But more than anything,
You are the world to me
I drift through life
Coming, going
Not really trying
And now I want to say to you:
More than anything
You are my anchor
The thing that keeps me going
I wish, more than anything,
You were here.
