Easy raspberry cobbler cups are a delicious dessert and can be made with any type of type, fresh or frozen.
Ingredients
3-4 cups fresh raspberries
1/ 4 cup sugar
6 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon corn starch
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon sugar (to decorate)
Preparation
Combine the 1 /4 cup sugar and cornstarch in a bowl and mix in the berries. Evenly divide the dry berry mixture in 10 baking cups.
Cream butter and sugar in another bowl and add in flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
Spoon the batter over the berries and use a wooden or plastic spatula to smoothen the mixture.
Sprinkle the desired sugar on top of the mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
