Obama's Victory is a win for people who are tired of the Religion and politics of Fear. For the first time in a very long time I actually feel HOPE for this country. Not because Barack Obama is some kind of Messiah, but rather the message he represents had finally made it's way to Americans that while we have difficulties and hard times, WE CAN MAKE A CHANGE!

His message was not just political, it was also spiritual.

For years the fear mongers and hypocrites like Fallwell, Robertson, Hagee, Parsely, Haggerd and others continued to hammer in fear and condemnation, and alot of fear mongers and bigots still continue but the American people have finally said ENOUGH to the religion and politics of fear mongering. Finally REAL Christians, Jews, Muslims, Pagans, Atheists and Agnostics are working together to undo the past decade of STUPID that have plagued our country. I mean let's face it and be honest about this, Alot of us fell for these men and their lies. Because of that we allowed ourselves to be tricked into the hate and hostility that has led us into an illegal war. At this point we should really own up to it and work to at least mitigate the damage we caused as a nation. As far as the forementioned "spiritual" leaders, these men have disgraced themselves time and time again and at this point they have now proven themselves to be insignificant, at least for right now.

The battle isn't over, not by a long shot. You still have those who prefer fear over courage, despair over hope, and cowardice over spirituality. However, The real patriots of this country now have the means and the proof that if we get together we can make a difference. The question is not whether or not the Gods are on our side, but whether or not we are on the side of the Gods. What do I mean by that? That means we no longer tolerate people who claim to speak for god telling what to do but rather listening to the gods for OURSELVES, and going with the message they give you. It is so easy to let someone else manipulate you, but only if you allow them to. Even now they still try to manipulate us with fear that Obama is the anti-christ along with all the other nonsense and it's high time we turn them off and let them go on their merry way while we clean up after their mess. The time for fear is over, the time for lethargy and hopelessness is over. Not because of ONE man but because now we know we don't have to let these fear mongers and faith haters and traitors to America control our lives any longer. Their voice no longer matters and the Adults are now running the country.

Remember kiddies, the hard work is JUST beginning. If we are going to have to have any success, we need to let our faith lead to action. Don't just let it hang on Obama's shoulders or the Gods, but take action and do something to make a difference.
