Poetry: My baby
by JT Till
Babies
The gift of life is precious,
As the story's often told,
A baby's cry, from nature's womb,
Is a mystery to
LIFE MOVES ON
Years ago when my son was two,
I watched him ride the carousel.
I watched him ride the helicopter,
the airplane,
So tenderly I remember the very first soft, warm hold
From that moment to me my baby was more precious than gold
As a mother
My baby,
As if you belonged to me
and not a divine longing for life
created in the heart of G-d,
HELP, MY BABY
Mom, wake up there's something
long ago I should have said
to the hospital I need to go
please get out of
