Be not afraid
To speak from the heart
Where truth resides
Be not tempted
To lash out in fear
Where hatred hides
For we are not
The sum of our parts
But captured souls
Bound to this earth
Physical body
Collective whole
Catalyst shell
Will weather the storm
Sentenced to death
Released soul
A captive no more
Searching for breath
