Angels Among Us
An angel has been taken
away from us.
An angel in our midst;
we had not known until
she had flown away.
Hers was the spirit of
true kindness;
the essence of joy.
Life was in her eyes,
as blinding as the
light in her soul.
No celebrities knew her,
none were so privileged.
Only a fortunate few
were given such a
gift as this.
She will be ever missed,
ever remembered,
never forgotten.
She has taught me a most
valuable lesson:
Celebrate your angels
before they are gone;
before they fly away.
