Chicken kebab is a great summer grilling dinner. They are quick and nutritious and you can create one of a kind masterpieces with a chicken kebab.
Ingredients
4 large chicken breasts
2 large ripe tomatoes
1 can large chunk pineapples (drained)
1 large size zucchini (peeled)
Preparation
Cut all of your ingredients into bite size pieces and slide them on the stick alternating them as you go. Grill for 20-25 minutes. You can use an type of vegetable or hearty fruit that you like including bite size potatoes, apples, summer squash and numerous other items. These kebabs will be a big hit at any barbeque. Serves 10
