How to make iced coffee

As a manager of a Starbucks and Cafe Border's Express, I will tell you the easiest way to make iced coffee; not only the easiest but the same way that most of your favorite coffee shops make it.

Get a pitcher, and fill it up with ice.

Brew your favorite coffee double strength. (Usaully a good coffee measurement is 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces. It sounds like a lot, and to some it is, this is how you are going to get it when you buy it at Starbucks. You can adjust.) Remember to double it for iced coffee. Instead of 2 tablespoons per 6 ounces, use 4.

when the coffee has finished brewing, pour it into your ice-filled pitcher. Fill the rest of the pitcher with ice, and sick it in the fridge, or pour some in a glass.

Dress it with cream, sugar, or whatever you like, and there you go.

Time from start to finish: About 5 minutes. depends on your coffee maker.

Throw out after 48 hours.

Don't freeze coffee for icecubes, because it is going to draw in the smells of your freezer and effect the taste.

Enjoy.
