Alone when born.
Alone at death.
And in between
Is nothing less.
Or nothing more
Than empty hearts.
Nothing there.
Just missing parts.
Missing parts
In forms of love,
Hope and freedom
Not enough.
Few that care.
The one that does
Never there,
Took from us.
Left in fear.
No more trust.
Nothing new,
Just settled dust.
Memories grow.
People fade.
We must live
What we have made.
Good or bad.
That's the choice.
Look inside
And find your voice.
Speak of love.
What you lost.
Why it was.
What it cost.
Choose again.
Watch or warn.
Alone in death.
Alone when born.
