wonder why there is no mention of Jesus during his teen years? If you have lived with a teenager or have one of your own, perhaps this is in part the answer. For teens can be difficult in the best of times. Their honest struggle to find themselves among their many options and to become a fully integrated, autonomous adult, can cause any amount of difficulty and embarrassment. It simply wouldn't do for Jesus to have been a normal teen in any way; would it.
But if you did ever wonder, tell me, truthfully, did you ever pursue it far enough to satiate your curiosity? Or did you simply do what most are told: just believe what you were told, simply, "have Faith". Faith, that ancient killer of scientific method and solid facts. Did you then go on to believe whatever was decreed for you to believe? Did you really (even) want to know? Did you think it was relevant? And if you didn't, then why didn't you? Because of Trust?
Did you know that there are historical accounts in India and Tibet that Jesus was living and studying there during those missing 27 years during which his own belief system and options in life were chosen? And even after that, after his crucifixion, he lived there until his actual death? Did you know that this is fairly common knowledge around India? Twenty-seven years! That is a long time to be invisible.
In that length of time Jesus could have gone almost anywhere. Is India really so unreasonable a consideration? IF Jesus had stayed in his own region, then why would those years simply be missing from the annals of history? Jesus was reportedly exceptional even as a child. There must have been some indications, somewhere, of what he was up to. There aren't. But there is tell of a youth in India, who fits this very same description. As if Jesus were transplanted from Palestine to India.
There is a great deal of misinformation out in the world on the topic of Jesus. And it is not unbelievable that there were those in charge, for whom altering the history would be not only desirable, but also very likely lifesaving. How's that for a motive?
Of those who in our current day, proclaim to know the truth, not even the best (or worst) of which is Truth.Info; a Christian web site that stumbles over itself from the very beginning.
