Excerpt from - In Search of The Truth:
The war was not that of a nuclear destruction, all nuclear weapons had been destroyed years earlier with the signing of the anti-nuclear peace treaties. This was a war in which all remaining weapons were dispersed throughout the world. The remains of cities all over the earth were nothing more than smoldering piles of worthless rubble. Most non-technical areas were left standing, but any area in which modern technology once existed, was now nothing more than smoky rubble filled land. The majority of the people who survived this war had no intention of believing that there is or ever was a God, and any person who dared to openly claim otherwise was put to death. People now believed the worst was in the past, that their problems were over, and must have been caused by those people who once lived and talked about God, and tried to walk His straight and narrow path. Yes, any mention of God is now a thing of the past, and the world, in the eyes of the people, will only get better from here on out. After all, it couldn't possibly get any worse.
Except for the occasional stories that were told by their ancestors who had survived the era, anyone born after the war knew nothing of the high-tech world of yester-year that so brutally came to an end.
In this new time, there were no remaining sources of gasoline; horses once again took the lead role in the area of transportation.
People having no experience in the field, were forced to learn to farm the land in order to provide food for their families.
Because all the banks and federal reserves had been destroyed in the war, money was a scarce and extremely valuable item. Those who had money did not easily let it go. Because of this, bartering once again become the usual means of obtaining the items which were necessary to survive.
Electricity along with many other items, which were taken for granted before the war, was now a non-existing luxury of the past.

"Justice, it was all about justice. At least that's what we've been told by all those who took part in the destruction of the Christian' organization."
"Do you doubt that's what it was Carol?" Sadge asked.
"Well I don't know, but it seems that it couldn't have been about justice, when all those people who spoke of peace, love, happiness, and God were destroyed because of their beliefs." Carol continued.
"It seems as though we have more unrest in the world today than has ever been remembered by any of the people
