Heady aroma overwhelms my senses.
You're secrets revealed one petal at a time.
Sun breaks and you open to me, still dewy from the nights labors.
My touch ...tentative.
Beauty is ever bound with thorny rewards!
My resistance dissolves...
I reach out to bring you closer,
to share you're perfection for only a moment.
Well worth the price I pay with pain.
