Hold on to what makes you smile
even if it's the last dandelion of the season.
Hold on to what you desire
even if it's a love in your dreams.
Hold on to your convictions
even if it means going against the will of others.
Hold on to your faith
even when it seems like its slipping away.
Hold on to your thoughts
even if you've no one to share them with.
Hold on to me
even when it seems like I'm not really there.
