Will Sarah Palin get a second chance at the presidency?

America is the land of second chances. Sarah Palin ignited a firestorm in this country and scared the pants off the democratic party. She is just beginning her political career and will be pushed along by the whole whoosh of the republican party's reconstruction and rebirth. Her name, Sarah Palin and Ronald Reagan have been mentioned together so many times that it just makes us conservatives hungry for another chance and an even better campaign. She has learned so much and continues to grow in the light of the American political game and will be a superstar. She has unbelievable stage presence and just beams in what can only be described as self-knowledge of dynamic humility.

Ronald Reagan had dynamic humility and he graced the stages where he addressed millions or just a few people. The main quality that set Reagan apart from the typical politician was that he was an American first, then conservative and then a Republican in that order. Sarah has that remarkable quality that lights up the room, platform or auditorium; she glows. What stands out is her ability to show grace under fire. I cannot remember anyone attacked in so many ways and by so many sources yet showed her ability to withstand that barrage and stay cool and good-natured. The brutality of the assaults have never in our history been so venomous and hateful. What could bring those kinds of attacks against a Governor, wife, mother and vice presidential candidate? Sarah Palin must have something that the political hacks see that threatens them to there core.

Sarah Palin is still under attack even though the election is over and the other side won. What is it that makes these villians continue the assault on this lady? It is the same situation that makes them attack a citizen of the United States Of America that ask a candidate running for the presidency a question. The famous Joe the plumber was in his yard when the candidate came door to door campaigning. Joe has been scrutinized, and even threatened because he dared ask a question, where is the outrage over this invasion of Joe's private life. It was not Joe's question that caused this invasion of his privacy but the candidates answer. But the bottom line is whether it be a private citizen or a candidate, there should be professional courtesy given to the citizens of this country.

Finally the thing that elicits this venom is called "conservatism" and that is what the United States of America has thrived on for the past several centuries. The base line of Americans is honesty which starts with the word "honor". This is a country based on the concept of 'my word is my honor' or 'my hand shake is my honor'. The time in history when the unlocked door was common because people were trustworthy and honorable. Now the loss of this honor lets these repulsive reporters, dishonorable politicians, and now the general public despise a truly conservative woman. That is Sarah Palin, true American, Reagan-like, and a conservative.
