Goalkeeper : Iker Casilias, He is still not in his prime but is remarkable keeper for his age. He has great vision and his agility is superb. I think that the time has come for him to be the Spanish captain as his dedication and loyalty should not go un-noticed.
Left Back : Roberto Carlos, he is a fantastic player and without a doubt the greatest left back ever. He has great pace and his tackling is second to none. Although he is a defender, he is never afraid to push up and grab the occasional goal.
Centre Back A : John Terry, he is a very good player and should be England captain without a doubt. My only criticism of him is that he deserts his defensive duties when he pushes up and that his positional sense should be improved.
Centre Back B : Nemanja Vidic, virtually unknown before joining united, but once again a fantastic young acquisition from Sir Alex. He fits into the national team well and his heading is remarkable.
Right Back : Philip Lahm, truly brilliant young player and deserves his place in the national side. I would like to see him come into the English league and see how he would fair.
Right Midfield : Cristiano Ronaldo, while it is true he is a poor sport, I don't think that the winking was as bad as it was made out to be, he is a fantastic player who could mesmerise any defender with his cheeky ster-overs and so forth, let his stay in englad for as long as possible.
Centre Midfeild A : Zinedine Zidane, Despite his antics in the final of 2006 world cup he was still a fantastic player and entertained generations of football fans around the globe. A true legend
Centre Midfield B : First Name Ronaldiniho, a real gem and despite having terrible teeth he is still a brilliant talent and deserves all the awards he gets, but he doesn't suit the Spanish leagues. Move to England!
Left Midfield : Ryan Giggs, I'll never forget him scoring from the half-way line against I think it was Newcastle. He is a great player and although getting past is now, shouldn't have retired from international football, he had at least another 3 years ahead of him.
Striker A : Fernando Torres : I wish he hadn't gone to Liverpool, it seems that all good strikers that go to Liverpool lose their talent! I also wish Rafa would play him more because he is a really talented young player who, with a good manager could become the greatest player in history.
Striker B : Thierry Henry : A real shame that he ahs left the English leagu as his style suited it perfectly. Despite a dodgy last season at Arsenal in which his value almost halved, he was still a bargain even if he had been bought by Barcelona for 40 million.
