Poetry: I hurt

by Emily Barker

Created on: November 05, 2008

Her face her eyes her perfect smile

Her laugh her taste you're longing stare

You wish you dream that I was her

Nothing can compare to your perfect match

Soul mates you think though she doesn't want you

So ill make do for now

To use and see whenever it suits you

Don't know why I stay

I love u much but you do not feel the same

This is just another game to you

You do not see the hurt so evident in me

I'm hurting more till you can see

I miss you when you're not near

And the fear it brings is great

When I think I will not see you again

A jealous bint you do not wish to see

Eurgh rid from me these feelings

So putrid and undeserved

I said I feared love and I was right to fear it

Because all it brings to me is hurt.
