Of course God and Darwin can co-exist, one is historic reality and scientific advancement, the other is a recent human embrace of divinity. And as one whose beliefs reach far further back into antiquity, not embracing God but Goddess I find this debate unnecessary and rather amusing.

God, the male alpha divinity, albeit with several names, as we are indoctrinated in these present times, is the product of at best three thousand years of belief and cultural manipulation. History bears evidence that His reign has been an endless onslaught of religious wars and oppression. However humanity has been upon this earth for about six million years or more, and the Goddess has existed from the dawn of antiquity. Within the archaeological record there is surviving material culture that provides evidence to show that the feminine was embraced as Divine. It was Goddess not God that was worshipped in the Paleolithic whilst humanity was new and evolving, ever leaning, existing with simplicity akin to children. Of herself, with equal generosity and benevolence, She provided for all of humanity, with equal love like any mother would for all her many children. The truths of Goddess and Darwin can and do co-exist wonderfully, they speak the one same evolutionary message. So wake up and see the wood for the trees; doesn't this tell you something?

It is time for the overly religious fanatics to truly look at creation, and the message of human life; to reappraise their embrace of divinity and to get a better perspective. I grow weary of our present day Heaven and Hell brigade who seem to equate the human lifespan of an individual, and the stay upon this earth, like a stop-over on a long haul flight. This attitude engenders disrespect for our planet, perceiving and treating it like it is a commodity given to us to merely serve us. The time has come for all religions to realize we are of this earth, wrought of the same fiber, and therefore we must respect the provider, our Mother earth, and equally respect and share all our precious gifts with the rest of creation. If these comments have angered you then good, its time people reappraised their lifestyle and belief, time to shed the blinkers and look for yourself. Stop believing things just because the bible says so', because any academic will tell you the many translations over the past 1000 years have all been subjected to change and manipulation to please and appease the political environment they served. Therefore the message therein is as much the words of Jesus as a newspaper is a tree!
