Enchilada sauce is best when homemade, even though it requires a good amount of ingredients it's really easy to make.
Ingredients
1 - 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1 tablespoon of cayenne powder
1 tablespoon of hot sauce (your choice)
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of basil
Combine all your ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. Pour over your enchiladas and enjoy!
